EPC Commercial Surveys has been in the surveying field for several years and we have a wealth of experience in both measured surveys and more recenly commercial EPC. The requirement for an EPC will be compulsory at change of lease, sale of property or every 10 years; as well as for most buildings, which have public access.

Where the above information is not available, EPC Commercial surveys are able to carry out accurate measured building surveys to provide the necessary geometric information required by the Hevacomp and Design Builder software. All drawings are quality checked in house before they are sent to the client. All of our energy assessors are qualified and accredited to level 4 & 5 through CIBSE.
